Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Shivraj Tours & Travels, we strive to provide reliable and comfortable travel services. However, we understand that plans may sometimes change. Our refund and cancellation policy is designed to be transparent and fair to both customers and our service operations.

1. Booking Confirmation

A booking is confirmed only after the required advance payment has been successfully received. Once confirmed, the vehicle and schedule are reserved for the customer.

2. Cancellation by Customer

If a customer wishes to cancel a booking, the following conditions will apply:

  • More than 48 hours before travel time: 90% of the advance amount will be refunded.
  • 12–24 hours before travel time: 50% of the advance amount will be refunded.
  • Less than 12 hours before travel time: No refund will be applicable.

3. Cancellation by Shivraj Tours & Travels

In rare situations where we must cancel the booking due to unavoidable circumstances (vehicle breakdown, natural events, or other operational issues), customers will be offered:

  • A replacement vehicle, or
  • A full refund of the advance payment.

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days through the same payment method used for the booking.

5. No-Show Policy

If the customer does not arrive at the pickup location at the scheduled time without prior notice, the booking will be treated as a No-Show, and no refund will be issued.

6. Changes in Booking

Customers may request modifications to the booking (date, time, or vehicle) at least 48 hours before the scheduled pickup, subject to availability.
